Lyrics

Let Your Kingdom Come in

My Own Heart First

I want to tell the nations

But I only barely made it out of bed

And sing Your celebration

But I usually end up worrying instead

So let Your kingdom come in my own heart first

Heal me in all of the parts that hurt

So when I go out I can bring

Heaven everywhere with me

Oh Lord, my heart is Yours

My heart is Yours, Lord, in the morning

Oh Lord, my heart is Yours

My heart is Yours, Lord, for the making

Oh Lord

I want to tell Your people

But, broken, I don’t know what I can say

When I try to love them my way

I usually end up driving them away

So let Your kingdom come in my own heart first

Heal me in all of the parts that hurt

So when I go out I can bring

Heaven everywhere with me

Oh Lord, my heart is Yours

My heart is Yours, Lord, in the morning

Oh Lord, my heart is Yours

My heart is Yours, Lord, for the making

Oh Lord, my heart is Yours

My heart is Yours, Lord, I am willing

Oh Lord, my heart is Yours

My heart is Yours, My heart is Yours

Oh Lord, my Lord

Branches

We’re all just branches on the Vine

We are one body and one mind

You long to see Your church unite

‘Cause we’re all just branches on the Vine

We’re all just branches on the Vine

We are one body and one mind

We just want to love You right

‘Cause we’re all just branches on the Vine

You are one Lord, teach us to be one

You are love Lord, teach us to be love

We can't bear the fruit unless we’re

Rooted deep in You

We’re all just branches on the Vine

We are one body and one mind

You long to see Your church unite

‘Cause we’re all just branches on the Vine

We’re all just branches on the Vine

We are one body and one mind

We just want to love You right

‘Cause we’re all just branches on the Vine

You forgive Lord, teach us to forgive

You are life Lord, teach us how to live

Oh, we can't bear the fruit unless we’re

Rooted deep in You

We’re all just branches on the Vine

We are one body and one mind

You long to see Your church unite

‘Cause we’re all just branches on the Vine

We’re all just branches on the Vine

We are one body and one mind

We just want to love You right

‘Cause we’re all just branches on the Vine

The Church and the Steeple

We’re the church, and we’re the steeple

And God has built His church with people

Jesus, is the cornerstone

And no one knows but Him alone

Where we fit inside His plan

And why He chose to build with man

But we’re the church, and we’re the steeple

And God has made His home with people

We’re Your church, and we’re Your steeple

And You have built Your church with people

Jesus, You’re the cornerstone

And no one knows but You alone

Where we fit inside Your plan

And why You chose to build with man

But we’re Your church, and we’re Your steeple

And You have made Your home with people

Oh, Holy Ghost

Come make this place Your home

Come make this city Your home

Come make this church Your home

Come make my heart Your home

Four Walls

There’s a building where we all meet

Reading words that Jesus preached

There is room for all in these four walls

To go out on the street

Bring the outcast and all in need

To the banquet hall of these four walls

We hear You on the wind

Calling out again

To make room for all, for all

But do we walk out the door

And forget who Your love is for

‘Cause we’re comfortable in these four walls?

The truth is I’m so afraid

Will you move me and make me brave

To pursue Your call from these four walls?

We hear You on the wind

Calling out again

To make room for all, for all

We hear You on the wind

Calling out again

To make room for all, for all

Across the Desert

Through dusty trail and river dry

In thunderstorm and blistering sky

From mountain high to street below

Across the desert we call home

You were the sun, You were the shade

You were the love that led the way

We don’t know what the future holds

But we know that we can trust in You

We’ll set our hearts upon the road

We’ll love and leave the rest to You

Jesus, we so often fail

We trample hearts along the trail

So write the law deep in our lives

Of mercy more than sacrifice

To each other we’ll repent

And turn to You and start again

We don’t know what the future holds

But we know that we can trust in You

We’ll set our hearts upon the road

We’ll love and leave the rest to You

We will find our strength in You

Together as we journey through

So Living Water, come and flow!

Across the desert we call home

We don’t know what the future holds

But we know that we can trust in You

We’ll set our hearts upon the road

We’ll love and leave the rest to You

Covered By Your Grace

Every fault I ever owned

Every intimate disgrace

Every willing choice to satiate my flesh, oh

Every lie told to Your face

Is covered by Your grace, oh

Covered by Your grace, oh

When I wake I hear a voice

It tells me every reason I am not enough

And holds against me every joy I ever stole, oh

But everything I can't replace

Is covered by Your grace, oh

Covered by Your grace, oh

I feel my weakness, I feel my death

Will they never be laid to rest?

I feel this desert, I feel my dust

But I will listen, I will trust

That You still hear us when we call

And You still love us when we fall

With every failure so plain to see

Maybe we could really be…

Covered by Your grace, oh

Covered by Your grace, oh

We’re covered by Your grace, oh

Covered by Your grace, oh

Let Us Love the Same

If we have some peace to pass

If we have received

Any comfort, consolation

Grace in time of need

If we have been shown compassion

Let us love the same

Measure out as we are measured

Not with law but grace

For, it is finished, it is finished

You died to meet our need

All is paid for, all is pardoned, all is given free

Debtors yet were we and couldn’t pay

So, let us love the same

Let us love the same

Let us live in Your forgiveness

Not return to chains

Not by sweat or endless striving

Try to earn Your grace

For, it is finished, it is finished

You died to meet our need

All is paid for, all is pardoned, all is given free

Debtors yet were we and couldn’t pay

So, let us love the same

Let us love the same

Sinners all and sinners still

To Your cross we run

Though all keep falling short of glory

Still You cry in love

That, it is finished, it is finished

You died to meet our need

All is paid for, all is pardoned, all is given free

Debtors yet were we and couldn’t pay

We Belong

We belong, we belong

So come on home all you restless sons, we belong

He says we belong, so we belong

So come on daughters your search is done, we belong

You set each place, and sent invitations

Calling us in, the near and the far

Sinners and thieves, and all the immoral

To come to Your table, come as we are

To come to Your table, come as we are

Where we belong, we belong

So come on home all you restless sons, we belong

He says we belong, so we belong

So come on daughters your search is done, we belong

You are the Bread and you are the Wine

Broken for sinners, spilled out for all

All who are hungry, all who are thirsty

Can come to Your table, come as we are

Come to Your table, come as we are

Where we belong, we belong

So come on home all you restless sons, we belong

He says we belong, so we belong

So come on daughters your search is done, we belong

No matter how weak or how strong

The side of the city we’re from

The good or the bad that we’ve done

Oh, we belong

No matter how right or how wrong

All colors, and nations, and tongues

You’re calling us home to Your love

Where we belong
